چکیده

One of the most important pollution in world is air pollution. factors that cause this vehicles. Heavy metals have a great role component caused by vehicles and they negative effects on plant human health. In study, it was aimed to determine effect distance from highway leaf morphology anatomy economically Red Globe grape variety. Leaf samples were collected four different distances (road side, 250 m, 500 4000 m) three periods (spring, summer autumn). As result morphological anatomical examinations, determined as heavy metal decreased increased. we approached highway, features such length, width, petiole midvein thickness, area decreased, while thickness Anatomically, decreases, has been revealed measurements there an increase lower epidermis upper epidermis, decrease collenchyma, parenchyma, length vascular bundles number. This study highlights causes stress changes some characters.

Effects of post-flowering leaf removal on the phenolic composition of three red Vitis vinifera L. cultivars under semiarid conditions

Among seasonal practices that affect grape quality, selective leaf removal at the cluster zone is accepted as a powerful technique to manipulate flavonoid content of grapes and wines. However, most of research on fruit-zone defoliation has been conducted under temperate climate and it remains uncertain if cluster exposure would be a recommendable practice in semiarid viticultural areas. In this...

Effect of soil type on wines produced from Vitis vinifera L. cv. Grenache in commercial vineyards.

In recent years, the wine industry has become increasingly interested in the influence of the terroir characteristics on the features of a wine and, in particular, the mechanisms by which a soil influences wine quality. Among published papers on this topic, most merely describe the effect of the soil; few explain it. In this study were conducted a sensory evaluation and phenolic composition and...

Biological activities of Vitis vinifera L. leaves

The fractions of different polarity, namely chloroform, ethylacetate, n-butanol, and remaining water fractions, were fractionated from an aqueous extract of V. vinifera leaves. The antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, antioxidant activities, and total phenolic content of these fractions were investigated. The chloroform fraction showed a promising effect against Herpes simplex virus type-1 (HS...

Relaxatory effect of Vitis vinifera leaf extract on rat isolated trachea

In previous studies, we have shown the relaxatory effect of grape leaf (Vitis vinifera) extract on isolated ileum, uterus and aorta. In rat aorta it was revealed that the NO and endothelium are involved in the relaxation induced by grape leaf extract. The aim of present study was to investigate the effect of the Vitis vinifera leaf hydroalcoholic extract (VLHE) on rat trachea precontracted by A...

Study on mechanism of vasorelaxatory effect of Vitis vinifera leaf extract in rat aorta

Introduction: Our previous studies showed that hydroalcoholic extract of leaf of Vitis vinifera relaxes the phenylephrine-induced contraction in rat thoracic aorta. This effect was dependent on endothelial integrity and NO-cGMP system. The vasorelaxant effect of extract was much lesser on KCl-induced contraction. We, therefore, postulated that K+ channels are involved. The main aim of the pr...
